Finance Director, Group Consolidation – Real Estate

Key responsibilities

• Responsible to manage and lead the team (onshore/offshore) in a wide spectrum of month-end closing activities including, but not limited to, consolidation of group accounts, cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and financial statements.
• Oversee SGX reporting and ensure reports are delivered on timely and accurately.
• Review consolidation of subsidiaries’ financial record on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Co-ordination of audit activities, working closely with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Ensure financial reports meet the applicable accounting standards (IFRS, SFRS), tax and other regulations
