Some of the key responsibilities will include

Act as a business partner to solve business situations/issues and follow through execution and report on progress & outcome.
Perform analytical reviews on business results, including but not limited to revenues, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital requirements.
Prepare and review business proposals by building sound financial models including sensitivity analyses and provide points of considerations from business, internal control, legal and accounting perspectives.
Perform business evaluations to support business development and key decision-making.
Prepare and review financial/variances analyses and presentation to track performance against budget/forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and provide insights and alert risky areas to management.
Ensure data integrity, suggest improvements to strengthen existing financial systems and analytical tools to improve efficiency.

To be eligible for this role you will require

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
Qualified CPA, CA, or CFA.
Solid financial planning & analysis experience ideally gained from the FMCG or Retail industry.
Ability to translate complex analysis into high level summary.
Attention to detail and accuracy while having the ability to also have big picture view.
Knowledge of SAP, Essbase and/or Hyperion Financial Management systems is a definite plus.
A positive and self-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to challenge status quo.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
