Key responsibilities

Manage digital reporting, process improvements, and change management & adoption to initiative outcomes by key stakeholders.
Partner with relevant teams to deliver the Group and MT scorecards reporting.
Collaborate with CFO team to deliver insightful MI to support intra department performance management.
Manage overall design and outcome of the end-to-end initiatives and own the initiative outcomes in terms of client service, financial performance, and risk, working with Process Owners.

Role requirements

CA/MBA/CMA in finance with minimum 12 years of work experience in FP&A (analytical reporting).
Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate well.
High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
