Finance Director (4+1 Months Maternity Coverage)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the statutory filing, transfer pricing entries, annual corporate tax filing and annual audit processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Financial reporting – forecasting, budgeting, cashflows, monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders to drive commercial growth.
• Provide guidance for ad-hoc reports and financial modelling requirements.
• Liaise with internal (country managers/ sales consultants / legal / treasury / finance heads) and external stakeholders (auditors / tax agents / bankers, etc.) on any related matters such as manpower rates, credit, and other operational matters.
