Key responsibilities

  • Lead, structure and manage the marketing department.
  • Manage and execute A&P Budget.
  • Develop and manage the company’s brand strategy, through analysis of overall brand position, competitor research, and consumer deep dive.
  • Shape and manage the company’s digital communications strategy, identify current digital marketing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Plan and manage client’s digital marketing activities including the following SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.
  • Manage relationships with partners, agencies, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders where it pertains to digital marketing.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Drive the sales and lead generation on owned and affiliated e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop relevant reporting frameworks.
  • Develop a holistic CRM strategy to manage existing customer base, upsell products and services, drive repeat purchase, and/or leverage on existing database of customers to cross-sell to other potential buyers.

Role requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in branding, digital marketing, and/or advertising.
  • Work experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with major social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram and other popular social media) and or in advertising agencies.
  • Have relevant technical skills in CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, marketing database management, SEM, and SEO optimization.
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing developments and innovations.
  • Team player and good planning skills, able to mentor and train a team.
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
