Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with Regional HQ, Stores’ Supervisors and GM for setting up KPIs and Sales Target.
  • Enhance all customers’ experience from regular, VIP to high valued client and build relationships.
  • Ensure all boutiques’ service standards are consistence and align with HQ’s directions.
  • Execute the global incentives/projects by coordinating with other departments.
  • Liaise with internal teams and front-line supervisors to generate feedbacks and efficiency level after projects roll-out and work on implementation plans to report to HQ.
  • Act as the adviser to all sales staff to evaluate their sales target achieving plan, performance review, one-on-one coaching, and personal development plan.
  • Plan for Mystery Shopping standards, guidelines, and enhancement strategies.

Role requirements

  • 8 – 10 years of experiences in Luxury Retail brands, specialized in Retail Performance / Excellence / Training / Operations functions.
  • Experienced in leading a team and act as the leader – strong team leader skills.
  • Talented in coaching, influencing, and guiding subordinates.
  • Strong interpersonal and language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-minded and capable to work in fast paced environment.
