Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Create, establish, and manage daily operations’ procedures to enhance efficiency of the clinics and their compliance with the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance.
• Recruit and train Dental Services staff and ensure services are up to standards to lead to high satisfaction level of the clinics.
• Deliver different training programs, one-on-one coaching sections to all front-line staff.
• Participate in planning and implementing business plan on pre- and post- stages.
• Ensure all patients’ records and other medical documentation are up to date and in compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and implement all procedures and processes – i.e., complaints management system, service control and price transparency measures.
• Develop annual plan with the team – annual performance review on services standards.
