Ad Tech Specialist

Our client partners with 12 of the biggest airlines & travel booking platforms and uses their 1st party data to provide travelers with the most suitable ads during their travel experience. The company’s main office is in London, with offices in Miami, New York, Sao Paolo, Singapore and now Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be experienced in client reporting and dealing with large amounts of data, as the job revolves around running successful client campaigns across DSPs such as Facebook and Google Ads.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting with the implementation and testing of tracking tags and ensuring they are set up correctly.
  • Constant monitoring of client campaigns to ensure the correct running and tracking of their campaigns.
  • Dealing with large amounts of performance and tracking data, and intelligently pulling out the patterns and highlights to make informed decisions.
  • Problem solving and proactively coming up with solutions and changes that need to be made.
  • Working operationally and communicating the status of campaigns and any technical issues to clients and/or to the wider business.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies in the set-up and client onboarding processes and models at scale.

Role requirements

  • 1-3 years industry, analyst, and job-related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related subject such as: Mathematics, Computer Science Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related area.
  • Proven experience extracting insights from data. Preferably experience using languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Proven desire to learn and upskill yourself, a curiosity mindset with the desire to grow. Proven ability to collaborate not only with your immediate team but also with other internal teams that depend on your insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has attention to detail and is excelled with problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, work with remote (Miami and London) offices.
  • Preferably experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HTML, and web analytics tracking.
  • Preferably experience with Facebook and Google Ad tech stack.
