Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is a US beauty brand distributed worldwide, well-established in the market internationally for over 30 years. They are currently looking for Digital Marketing Manager to support their upcoming e-commerce, digital and performance marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage media buy and budget to calculate and maximize Return on Advertising Spending (ROAS) and to manage ROI implementations.
  • Oversee all e-commerce channels, digital performance management, paid social, video, programmatic display advertising, SEO, and SEM.
  • Develop campaigns’ concept and strategies to drive traffic, brand, and product awareness.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, media agencies and vendors to ensure all campaigns are align with brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize campaigns’ results on all digital channels.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce and Digital Marketing with both in-house and agency background.
  • Strong experience in Google data studio, DV 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Performance Max, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Great team player, creative and strong interpersonal skills will be required.
  • Proactive and willing to learn, open to explore new trend in Digital or e-Commerce world.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
