Key responsibilities

  • Provide Training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams across geos and verticals to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence & process change management, re-engineering towards sustainable growth and improvement.
  • Should meet and exceed client metrics: External & internal quality metric should be monitored and ensured benchmark is met.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of quality & training experience in ITES industry with good exposure to managing large teams across domain and locations.
  • Experience of managing multiple clients with a large HC.
  • Education – MBA/ PG Degree.
  • Process oriented and problem solver.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
