Account Manager APAC

We’re new to market and we’re disrupting a stale sector by bringing our unique technology to the travel industry for the first time ever. We are a global audience agency which accesses the 1st party data of the biggest airlines and travel booking sites globally. As we grow and learn, we are now expanding the Account Management/Specialist department to ensure we prove our value to our clients and drive our client retention higher every month. We are part of a wider legacy business which has been around for 27 years and have offices in London, New York, Miami, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. Key responsibilities

  • We are looking someone who loves winning and has a deep understanding of digital marketing as well as being able to spot and make the most of commercial opportunities.
  • Mastering the ability to read data, turn it into a narrative and present it to clients in order to prove our value.
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure you have the information you need, presented in the way you need it, in order to maximize the commercial value of every one of our clients in APAC.
  • Collaborating closely with our performance marketing team who run the campaigns so that the campaigns over deliver on client expectations.
  • Honing your presentational skills as well as communication so that we are telling the story we need to.
  • Identifying upsell and commercial opportunities and presenting them in a way where the client stays with us longer and spends more budget with us.
  • Sharing your passion for digital marketing, your skills and learning with others – adding your ambition to that of the agency.

Role requirements

  • Has a demonstrable history of managing clients, digital marketing campaigns and delivering on client retention and revenue into a business/agency.
  • A commercial thinker who is always looking for opportunity.
  • Familiar with working across Meta, Google and TikTok.
  • Self-starter – unafraid to move from thinking to doing and running the whole campaign process from go live to rebooking.
  • Able to read data quickly and present it in a format which proves our value.
