Key responsibilities

To proactively manage and address technical issues along with being accountable for production services.
To influence and guide non-technical professionals in complex technical topics dealing with technology.
To be accountable along with maintaining control of the required function.
To manage the productivity of the required function along with managing and nurturing the teams globally.

Role requirements

16+ years of experience into information technology involving software engineering or management along with strong experience into IT infrastructure and operations.
Good experience into multi-platform applications or development along with exposure into IT operations and management.
Good experience into monitoring tools to detect failures or problems and fix the issues accordingly.
Experience of managing and nurturing a talented pool of individuals in a global set up along with stakeholder management.
