Our client is a global bank and financial services firm with operations across the globe and they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be leading their Private Equity – Fund accounting team. This is a Director level role; you will be responsible to manage and grow the existing team and extensively interaction with other businesses and senior management in the organization.

Key responsibilities

Manage global operational team and support business process optimization projects.
Monitor and ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables.
Ensure adequate systems and controls are in place and in compliance with relevant corporate policies.
Providing strategic support to business leaders.

Role requirements

A broad knowledge of Fund Accounting with 13-15 years of operational experience in the private equity sector.
Experience in setting up and managing large teams across locations.
Should have a strategic mindset with strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in managing and influencing senior international stakeholders.
