Our client is an International Asset Manager with a strong presence in the region and ambitious growth plans for 2023. They are looking to hire an Associate Director of Institutional Sales to focus on SEA clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales activities to increase asset growth and achieve revenue targets with SEA clients.
  • Generating new business leads across all asset classes, with a particular focus on alternatives.
  • Working closely with investment teams, and client service teams to close deals and increase net inflows.
  • Developing relationships with existing institutional clients and cross selling portfolios.

Role requirements

  • At least 10 years of asset management experience.
  • Proven track record in institutional sales and business development.
  • Understanding of all asset classes and good technical knowledge. If you have significant alternatives experience this is also a positive.
  • Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
