Business Controller

Key responsibilities

• To manage overall business performance of its board’s business groups to meet targeted production, volume, production & profitability.
• Partner Manufacturing/Production Head and commercial management to drive business and financial performance.
• To influence and analyze end to end costs including production, sales and marketing costs to ensure deviations from budget are understood and actions in place to meet targets.
• Ensure proper trading models, policies, & controls are in place.
• Manage proper & timely market & financial analyses to support management decision making & handle timely business & management reviews including annual budget.
• Ensure close monitoring & coordination of production, shipment & sales activities against target.
• Ensure appropriate market pricing, order backlog and proper AR management & collection.
• Maintain tight control over credit approvals, rebate / sales incentives and customer claims.
• Manage optimal inventory level for finished goods and meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure operational / forecast discipline to meet specific business targets for compliance purposes.
