Key responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work in partnership with internal clients and HR teams to curate impactful talent and career development experiences.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing key strategic and tactical interventions to deliver on the objectives and key results of the Learning and Development team. You will work in close alignment with the regional and global learning and development teams to ensure that we harness and maximize the potential of our employees.
  • You will have the opportunity to lead the employee orientation, individual effectiveness, and management effectiveness portfolios.
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to translate business needs into Talent Development requirements, ensuring the right solution is matched to the needs.
  • You will also provide end-to-end solutions oversight for key talent interventions including relationship management, prioritization, and solution design & deployment.

Role requirements

  • As the ideal candidate, you will have 12-15 years of relevant HR, Learning, and Talent Development experience with a strong track record of program and project management.
  • You will have experience in designing talent development interventions, program content/learning curricula, and learning delivery (facilitation) experience is preferred.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and reporting skills, and be a self-starter with organizational skills and follow-through.
