Key responsibilities

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers or users.

  • Analyzing support data and identifying trends and patterns to improve support services.
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient support services.

Role requirements

  • We are looking at Project Managers with a work experience 5-8 years.
  • Strong diverse DBA experience in following DBs (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Designing, creating, and implementing databases to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  • Managing database access, including user permissions and access control.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving database issues and errors.
