We are currently seeking a Head of Transformation- Liquidity and IRRBB for our client, a leading global financial services firm with presence across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our liquidity and interest rate risk management practices to ensure they meet current and future regulatory requirements and align with best industry practices. You will be an integral part of the leadership team of the GPO – Liquidity, FTP & IRRBB function and drive the strategic transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a transformation strategy for liquidity and IRRBB reporting and analytics, in collaboration with the business and risk management teams.
  • Digitalize processes such as Robotics and Machine Learning.
  • Implementing new liquidity and interest rate risk frameworks and policies that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement operating model on the back of transformation initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading a team of subject matter experts and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Role requirements

  • CA or MBA Finance with 15+ years of relevant change / reporting experience.
  • A deep understanding of liquidity and interest rate risk management in the banking sector.
  • Extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives in financial services organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to liquidity and interest rate risk management.
