The Digital Analytics / GTM Specialist is responsible for managing da-to-day activities and implementation plans to achieve utilization of Google Tag Manger, Google Analytics, and successful adoption of Google Marketing Platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Contributing to data led approach to website and organic and paid activities optimization.
    • Maintenance and best practice implementations of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics across Pacific online properties. Technical support, tagging setup, property, and view setup, reporting and dashboard setups.
    • Assists Digital Campaign & Analytics Specialist to drive benefits for Google Marketing Platform 360 (GMP360) and paid agency engagement.
    • Manage projects through an Agile approach using Kanban via Jira with agency / vendor to deliver migration and maintenance of GA4
    • Follows Marsh process to ensure Analytics structure are operating and compliant.
    • Collaborate with internal and external digital specialists and creates enhancements for digital campaigns tracking.
    • Collaborate with IT for any additional enhancements, fixes, or changes.
    • Ensure compliance with global and local privacy regulations.
  • Planning and executing
    • Project management – bring a methodical and structured framework to digital implementations.
    • Create Jira tickets for Analytics between global/local developers, marketing, and external partner agency teams.
    • Facilitate elevation of digital knowledge and skills in business, marketing, and communications colleagues.

Role requirements

  • You have IT or digital marketing degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of Google Tag Management planning, implementation and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ecommerce enchanted implementations experience.
  • Single Page application GTM setup and maintenance is a big advantage.
  • Ability to create custom variables via DOM and Java script.
  • Excellent Regex knowledge.
  • High proficiency with Google Tag Manger, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
  • data collection, ability to build custom reports.
  • Troubleshooting expertise using best practice to create new/innovative solutions.
  • Consent third-party implementations experience is an advantage.
  • Financial Services experience is an advantage.
  • Personal integrity, confidence, and initiative.
  • A good listener, with high attention to detail & ability to multi-task with ease.
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
