Key responsibilities

Manage and execute equity trades for clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution and settlement of trades.
Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve any trade-related issues and ensure smooth trade settlements.
Monitor trade confirmations and settlements and escalate any issues to senior management as required.
Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with other teams such as Trade Support, Compliance, KYC, and Risk Management to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations affecting equity operations.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
At least 5-12 years of experience in equity operations, with a good understanding of equity products, Indian markets, KYC.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
