Associate Media Manager

Our client is looking for an Associate Media Manager / Media Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience in integrated media. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of integrated media accounts across local and regional remits.

Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client management to ensure alignment through all stages of the account and campaign lifecycle. You will be the key point of contact for client services.
  • You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategy development, campaign planning, execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of your assigned portfolio (comprising of both regional and local accounts).
  • Work with the agency teams to define media strategies, make recommendations, and lead negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Outline and execute master agreements, client budgets and financial invoicing relating to your assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of integrated media accounts with the support of your team of Media Planners and Media Executives. Plan, distribute and oversee the teams’ tasks.
  • Support the training and any recruitment of team members; Monitor and appraise their work performance.
  • Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching.

Role requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in planning and managing integrated media campaigns (including TV and other offline, digital display, ad networks, and third-party partners).
  • Experience in hub relationship management; working with global, regional, and local teams.
  • Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore.
  • Experience with the APAC region and in-depth market knowledge of specific regions.
  • Strong understanding of local planning insights and regional market nuances.
  • Solid knowledge and command of media planning/trading skills, tools, and market updates and knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets and financials for the assigned portfolio.
