Key responsibilities

  • Formulation & implementation of Policies and Procedures to govern risks.
  • Understand and implement the ORM approach as defined under Basel II and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments for new projects/initiatives and change management with a view to pre-assess risks.
  • Data management, control, and advisory, where you will provide business support and oversight on new products/transactions, financial resources, liquidity management, and trade bookings.
  • You will also propose and implement FRTB process improvements, institute performance analytics, and help navigate regulatory, industry, and account changes.
  • As a Risk and Control Manager, you will work closely with functional units to act as a key facilitator for achieving the objectives of our robust Risk and Governance framework within India Finance Division.

Role requirements

  • You must have 3-8 years of relevant experience with an MBA and experience working in business lines/Product Control/Operations/Risk Management/Internal Audit departments of International Investment Banks/Securities Companies/Commercial Banks.
  • You must have strong analytical skills, be comfortable with data-driven discussions and solutions, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to investment banking and knowledge of financial industry and creative problem-solving skills are highly desired.
