Head of Contact Center

Our client is a reputed MNC, dealing with surveillance and security monitoring solutions. The ideal leader will be responsible for ownership and execution of operations team involving technical and customer support along with will working closely with engineering leaders to ensure platform stability.

Key responsibilities

  • To establish and implement long-term goals and operating procedures along with providing strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development and implementation of new operational policies.
  • To effectively performance manage support service managers for identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements.
  • Responsible for setting and reviewing quality performance standards along with translating business strategy into day-to-day delivery.
  • Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team in line with the predefined framework.

Role requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience into the networking domain along with good experience into contact center operations.
  • Solid expertise in installation and configuration of Switches & Routers along with troubleshooting ethernet networks and Avaya VoIP telephones.
  • Experience of presales along with customer centric approach.
  • Good experience into infrastructure design along with knowledge of CCTV video management system.
  • Experience of managing large teams for better operational efficiency with good working exposure towards CRM and MIS systems.
