Some of the key responsibilities will include

Supporting integration of ESG across real assets investment strategies
Develop sustainable frameworks for the real assets team
Provide data and insights on ESG topics
Engage with investee companies and projects to improve ESG issues that enhance shareholder value
Be a thought leader for ESG in real assets
High level internal and external stakeholder management
Represent the real assets business at industry events

To be eligible for the role you will require

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder
5 years’ experience of engagement with Asian corporates
Deep knowledge of environmental, social and governance issues and emerging trends
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
A track record in ESG integration for private markets
Ability to work with a global team across multiple countries
