Key responsibilities

Design, develop and implement technical solutions for the product.
Work with the Tech Architect and team leads to ensure that the technical architecture is aligned with business goals and objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Review code and provide feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.
Develop and maintain coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
Continuously improve the product and architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure the security of the product and data.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
15+ years of experience in software development with hands-on coding experience in Java.
Strong proficiency in Java and other programming languages.
Experience in creating optimal code.
Familiarity with security principles and best practices.
Experience with software architecture and design patterns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and mentor team members.
