Our client is a well-established business group with a diversified business portfolio focusing on hospitality and Food & Beverage, looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to join to manage a team and responsible for the Group level Internal Audit.

Key responsibilities

Report to the Director of Internal Audit & Risk directly.
Responsible for driving the enterprise internal audit process for both operational and IT audits.
Identify control deficiencies, communicate with management, and provide valuable resolutions & recommendations.
Closely collaborate with BUs on action plans and manage the on-going process improvements.
Involve in assignments such as the implementation and review of control & risk management systems if necessary.
Drive and implement the best practice to ensure the operations in compliance with the Group’s standards.

Role requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Qualified Accountant with proven in-house Internal Audit experience from conglomerates/Groups with diversified businesses ideally within Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Property Management etc.
Preferably from a Big Four background.
Professional qualifications in CIA, CFE, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC is preferred.
8+ years of financial and operational audit experience preferably from sizeable corporations with international exposure.
Experience in IT audit is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and work partners at different levels.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
