Accounting & Finance Manager

Some of the key responsibilities will include

Responsible for the financial accounting & reporting across the region, including Hong Kong Domestic, Travel Retail, and cross-border business in China.
Oversee and manage the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax reporting and financial audits.
Responsible for the annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecast.
Perform business evaluations and project feasibility studies to support business development and key decision-making.
Liaise with BUs and departments for the review and manage the cash flow.
Drive financial process efficiency by the review & streamline of existing workflow, and the improvement of financial systems and analytical tools.
Responsible for external audit liaison.

To be eligible for this role you will require

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 7 years of financial accounting experience preferably from a multi-national retail business and ideally in the luxury beauty & cosmetic sector.

CPA or ACCA qualified with proven track record of financial accounting and treasury management.

Strong team and people management skills with proven team leading experience.
Proficiency in SAP system is a MUST.

Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis tools is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong team leading and people management skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Immediate available is a definite plus.
