Digital Media Planning Manager

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Digital Media Planning Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media planning and a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage client relationship throughout a campaign life cycle.
  • Working collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Strategy and Creative.
  • Supporting on day-to-day management of partners and 3rd party vendors.
  • Have experience with dealing with large budgets.
  • Advise on and influence clients’ media strategy, produce campaign proposals.
  • Proactively plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with local suppliers: ad networks and publishers. Negotiate rates and oversee campaign delivery and results.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible, and organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including ad buyers, creative, analytics, UI/UX teams to create integrated and cohesive campaigns that deliver on clients’ business goals.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging media channels to identify opportunities for client growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, create insightful reports, and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners and negotiate favorable rates and placements.
  • Stay current on the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and evolve our digital media planning capabilities.

Role requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Branding (preferable)& Performance campaigns for large enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience in online media and good understanding of main disciplines within the online industry.
  • At least 4+ years client facing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and people skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze results, identifying and explaining variance from goal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve and deliver more than targets.
