Reward Manager

Our client is a renowned MNC operating in the FMCG sector with presence across US, EMEA and Asia Pacific region. They are now looking to hire a Regional Rewards Manager. This role will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and support the company’s talent management objectives. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits related matters.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Assist with the implementation of global and regional total rewards initiatives
  • Effectively communicate strategies to internal stakeholders and employees in the region, including creating communication materials and facilitating workshops.
  • Review compensation and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop compensation-related projects and initiatives within the business group.
  • Manage data collection processes, recommend changes, and develop policies and procedures to support those changes.
  • Manage annual compensation audits, merit reviews, and performance bonus exercises.
  • Advise business leaders and employees on compensation-related policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors on benefits administration, renewals, implementation, and improvement.
  • Handle daily compensation and benefits operational tasks, such as salary proposals and employee queries.
  • Prepare job evaluations for newly created positions.
  • Work closely with APAC C&B to review and maintain salary structure.
  • Oversee long-term incentive share award administration and yearly accruals.
  • Create and manage employee recognition awards.

To be eligible for this role you will require

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • More than 8 years of experience in a large multinational organization
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills
