Premier Relationship Manager

The Retail Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking solutions to meet those needs. The Relationship Manager will work closely with other members of the retail banking team to achieve customer satisfaction and overall business goals.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the banking process, including account opening, loan applications, and other banking transactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for banking products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with other members of the retail banking team to ensure a positive customer experience and overall business success.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in banking and finance.
  • Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements.

To be eligible for this role you will require

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
