Key responsibilities

Build outstanding relationships with local business stakeholders.
Establish detailed understanding of local business needs, deliver capabilities and solutions, drive user adoption and maximize value / outcomes / satisfaction.
Play key role in the global leadership team.
Establish effective and flexible offshore D365 team, able to be leveraged by businesses in multiple geographies across the firm.
Lead and manage team.
Build network and partner with colleagues across the firm.
Maintain strategic engagement with Microsoft and its partners, to shape the OCP/D365 roadmap and maximize the benefit of new features, and also to optimize the mix of in-house and external skills aligned to delivery.
Ensure an effective and efficient engineering capability within the team, through ways of working, tooling and talent.
Ensure effective operation and service management.

Role requirements

Track record of delivery of technology-driven business transformation.
Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
Excellent knowledge of Financial Services, ideally across a range of customer segments (individuals, companies) and financial products (lending, advisory, savings).
Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Adept at working with globally distributed teams and diverse cultures.
Experienced team manager and leader, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment.
Experience of application development and engineering across a range of technologies.
Adept in Agile development methodologies and CI/CD.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about digitalization and the role of technology at the heart of business.
Organized, proactive and self-motivated.
Flexible and responsive to change.
Interested in ways of working and continuous improvement.
Not an order-taker, constantly asks “why.”
Capable of getting into real detail whilst retaining the big picture
Recognizes own skills and limitations; knows when to leverage or empower others while still taking overall accountability.
