Vice President – Cost Process Manager

Our client is a leading international bank operating in over 60 markets around the world. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Process Manager to join their team. You will work closely with and report to the Head Cost Management process owner and will primarily be responsible to support the development and execution of a framework for Finance to run standardized, efficient, and well-controlled cost processes across the organization This role requires the ability to define metrics for measuring progress and success, contributing to process excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and maintain the strategy for end-to-end cost processes, aligning it with the overall Finance Strategy.
  • Build insights into how advancements in technology, such as robotics and AI, will impact the delivery of cost processes.
  • Identify process issues, suggest solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to establish best-in-class cost processes.
  • Support ongoing transformation efforts, including centrally driven initiatives.
  • Develop a process framework and define key metrics for quality, timelines, efficiency, cost, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage your strong experience in operating or transforming cost processes to drive improvements.

Role requirements

  • Relevant degree with 14-17 years of experience within BFSI or Consulting firms.
  • Proven experience in operating or transforming cost processes within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving transformational change.
  • Certification such as Lean Six Sigma is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
