Performance Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Twitter, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Possess strong technical skills and hands-on experience in executing campaigns with different objectives (such as Reach, Views, Link Clicks, Leads, Conversion, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and optimization.
  • Manage budgets from different ad platforms and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI (CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, as well as experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Branch, AppsFlyer, and GTM.

Role requirements

  • At least 4 – 6 years of experience in digital marketing, ad optimization, performance marketing, and client servicing within the online advertising industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree in marketing or advertising may be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
  • Experience on performance-driven clients (e.g., E-commerce) will be advantageous.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and local language.
