Key responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s human resources activities. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct employee orientation and support development of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating employee training.
  • Support performance evaluations, handle employee relations matters, and administer benefits programs.
  • Stay updated with employment laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective HR practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for organizational development and talent management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.

Role requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR-related software is a plus.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
