Vice President FP&A Change Management

A leading MNC Bank is currently having a senior opening within their Finance team to perform finance strategic changes for their corporate banking vertical. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of core FP&A strategic changes, taking ownership of defining milestones and managing effective communication channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead performance management and FP&A changes, ensuring desired business outcomes.
  • Deliver end-to-end FP&A solutions, driving process re-engineering and standardization.
  • Embed new processes globally, collaborating with leadership and providing executive updates.
  • Support Finance team, including reporting, analytics, and Finance Transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and standardization.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, drive staff development, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Role requirements

  • Graduate with minimum of 15 years of experience in Investment Banking.
  • FP&A Transformation experience is a must.
  • Strong FP&A background with added Analytical and Strategic mindset.
  • Strong technical skills in the fundamentals of finance, accounting, and reporting principals.
  • Demonstrate previous experience as a people manager within a large International team.
  • Strong leadership and global stakeholder management skills.
