Key responsibilities

  • Develop marketing blueprint and calendar plan which supports all channels including retail and e-commerce.
  • Manage all product campaigns including communication in PR and social to build local relevancy, engagement via content and collaboration to accelerate brand awareness and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with supply chain. Forecast and manage inventory for new product lines, regular sealable and non-sealable promotional items.
  • Work closely with trade partners and retailers to support and drive product and store performance.
  • Liaise with global marketing team to understand global direction and guidelines. Give feedback to HQ on developing product and marketing assets.
  • Mange and lead a team to ensure top tier execution of product marketing, brand communication and consumer engagement.

Role requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree ideally in business/marketing/communication or related discipline; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 10+ years’ experience in luxury retail industry and 5 years or above in management position.
  • A confident team leader and forward-thinking mindset to develop and motivate a high-performance team.
  • Strong interest, passion, and knowledge in beauty retail business.
  • Strong stakeholder / leadership team management with excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
