Associate Manager – Site Onboarding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Manager – Site Onboarding. Our client is an American Company in the space of remote video surveillance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the team executing support for operations teams, including technical service support, deployment, and enablement of our project management and onboarding functions.

Work Hours:

  • 9-hour graveyard shifts, 5-day week with rotational week-offs.
  • Probable work hours: 6 pm – 3 am
  • Location: Vizag (Remote Working is not available)

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the team and cross-functional departments (Project Management, Engineering) to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
  • Ticket management and maintenance of a knowledge bank, standards, and driving high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with other departmental heads to plan and implement action plans for improved technical operations and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation of technical processes, functions, and requirements.

Role requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in remote installation and team management.
  • Experience in networking and/or software configuration, automation, and deployments, with strong knowledge of remote support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration with the US functional manager to drive business objectives.
  • High proficiency in Networking Fundamentals.
  • Good proficiency in Network Troubleshooting.
  • High proficiency in Software Deployment Fundamentals.
  • Good proficiency in Software Deployment Troubleshooting.
  • Past experience in remote device support (a plus).
  • Process improvement experience (a plus).
  • Time management and project management skills: Ability to estimate and prepare plans, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Leadership skills: Proficient in managing technical human resources to meet the requirements of a high-performance organization.
  • Handle communications to senior management and ensure timely project reporting.
  • Education and Training: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience in the field of remote technical support operations.
  • Preferred IIT/Prestigious Engineering Institutes.
