Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver client engagements with a focus on quality and value addition.
• Train entry-level professionals on IAM concepts.
• Serve as an escalation point for project services and incidents.
• Collaborating with others leads to implementing secure IAM solutions.
• Support the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct research and utilize knowledge of competitive solutions to address customer challenges effectively.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of technical infrastructure.
• Assist Business Analysts in documenting detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities.
• Possess strong working knowledge of Java and ability to write scripts.
• Create documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Provide timely and high-quality client service, exceeding expectations by coordinating work plans and deliverables.
