Senior Account Executive (APAC)

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet, build, and maintain relationships with new potential and existing clients.
  • Initiate sales emails/calls, set up meetings, prepare sales deck, pitch creative proposals, and deliver presentations for campaigns.
  • Research and prepare case studies on cool ideas for potential client campaigns.
  • Participate in events, network sessions, and other activities during/outside of regular work hours to generate leads and increase awareness of the company.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with the client’s objectives and requirements to drive business growth.
  • Consistently providing exceptional customer service and support by promptly addressing the needs and requests of clients, ensuring campaigns launch successfully.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and KPIs set.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns.

Role requirements

  • With sales experience of at least 4-5 years in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Have a proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).
  • Curious and able to learn fast.
  • Excellent Networking Skills (Ability to network with the government sector added bonus).
