Key responsibilities
- Self-sourcing through recruitment portals and other sources.
- Fulfilling bulk hiring targets.
- Ensure use of the application tracking system and maintain proper mis and reporting structures for recruitment.
- Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies.
- Report to lead -talent acquisition and fulfil assignments as given from time to time.
Role requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Post-Graduate in HR an added.
Preferred Skills: (Technical)
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector.
- Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.
- Proficiency in windows, Excel, and Data / MIS / number management.
