Senior Brand Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and execute comprehensive brand plans throughout the year, covering all aspects from planning to implementation, with the aim of enhancing brand recognition, creating value for consumers, and fostering strong consumer affinity.
  • Execute marketing plans across above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels, collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment with the brand’s vision, strategy, and business objectives. Manage BTL quantities, outlet allocations, and pipeline management in coordination with the sales team.
  • Develop strategies and brand plans for products across the 6Ps (product, price, place, promotion, people, and processes), ensuring alignment with the business vision and objectives.
  • Review and analyze the performance of brands and campaigns, comparing them against set goals, and providing recommendations to achieve those objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing activations and plans.
  • Assist in the development of the full marketing mix, including media planning, go-to-market strategy, point of sale materials (POSM) development, packaging design, and in-store activation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and consumer behaviors, as well as competitor activities, to identify opportunities and potential threats in the market.

Role requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Brand and Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Thorough understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract valuable insights.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly products.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Junior level: Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Senior level: A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
