Senior Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, design customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and service bachelor’s degree in engineering duct in-depth discovery calls and meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and pain points.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals that highlight the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
  • Support post-sales activities, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and enhance our sales approach.

Role requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
