Key responsibilities

Manage the regulatory reporting system and data validation process.
Manage the data warehouse/regulatory control framework and ensure documentation keeps pace with system environment changes.
Act as a bridge between IT and the business, ensuring IT deliverables align with business needs.
Oversee the transition of BAU support, data validation, and analysis tasks to the Finance Systems Operations Team and drive BAU change for Finance, focusing on credit risk and BASEL regulations.
Deliver key capital reports and performance metrics and maintain efficient communication with senior management, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

Role requirements

Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
Minimum 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in credit risk and financial services, preferably in accounting, product control, or systems accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and strong knowledge of credit risk, SQL, and relational databases.
Knowledge of financial instruments and products is preferred along with basic understanding of ETL/data warehouse concepts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at various levels.
