Key responsibilities

  • Lead structured change management initiatives across all Operations for the Group globally.
  • Drive product engagement and operational change initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and customer/client experience.
  • Act as an internal consultant, building strong bridges between Product, Technology, and Business teams.
  • Showcase a deep understanding of Payment Operations, Product Change, and its profound impact on the entire Payment Infrastructure/Life Cycle Operations.
  • Offer innovative solutions, identify opportunities for process improvements, and skillfully manage operational risks.
  • Collaborate with end-users to ensure seamless L1 & L2 Operational processes, empowering the team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Champion impactful change initiatives, justifying business cases, and driving successful transformation within the organization.

Role requirements

  • A proven track record of managing large scale Strategic Change, Transformation and Project execution around Cards and Payments and broad understanding products, processes, and systems.
  • Expertise in Operational Changes due to Product Change or New Products and their impact on Payment Infrastructure / Payment Life Cycle Operations.
  • Strong solutioning skills and the ability to build bridges between Product and Technology Teams. Proven ability to provide running commentary, justify business cases, and drive successful change in operational processes.
  • Ability to manage pressure, stabilize the process, improvisations, work on new developments which can add value to the team and open to challenges.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
