Key responsibilities

  • Engage senior leaders to gain profound insights into the business strategies and regulatory landscape affecting organization design.
  • Provide expert counsel to business/function stakeholders on optimizing their and streamlining organizational structures, grounded in data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess the current state, scrutinizing structure and layers of the organizational unit.
  • Employ cutting-edge thought leadership and industry best practices to enhance current state analysis and offer recommendations for the future state organization.
  • Collaborate with senior executives of the business/function to co-develop the future state organizational structure, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 8- 10 years track record of expertise in organization transformation/ design, or human capital consulting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data-driven methodologies for analyzing organizational structures and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to provide persuasive guidance and collaborate seamlessly with business/function stakeholders.
  • A profound understanding of business strategies and the regulatory landscape influencing organization design.
