Key responsibilities

As the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial to our success:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our various entities, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Annual/Quarterly Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed marketing plans, ensuring alignment and synergy across departments.
  • Project Management: Lead major marketing initiatives from conception to execution, coordinating research, planning, agency collaboration, and successful rollout.
  • Sales Generation Support: Leverage your marketing prowess to develop strategies that empower other business units in driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Branding Champion: Take the reins as the architect of branding exercises, driving our brand agenda forward and ensuring consistent, impactful brand representation.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage team planning and resource allocation within the marketing department, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for management and other business units regarding marketing-related inquiries and collaborations.
  • Reporting Excellence: Represent the marketing department in management meetings, providing insightful reports and updates on marketing initiatives and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Role requirements

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a demonstrable track record of strategic marketing leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of various marketing disciplines, including Marketing Communications, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and Product Marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex, multifaceted marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies.
  • Team-oriented leader who can inspire and guide a diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into impactful strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
