Key responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support one of the key business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the Business Division Head and other senior stakeholders to continuously review and improve the quality delivery of HR services. You will provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, working with the broader HR Team on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes. As a HRBP, you will provide leadership to a small team of HR Associates and also guide them on the escalation of complex employee matters.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with around 6 to 8 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience; prior team lead experience is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing priorities.
