FP&A – Digital Bank

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for delivering MI on a timely basis, providing analytical insights to help drive decision making across the business
• Establish appropriate KPIs for the senior management team to effectively track the performance of the organization.
• Establish and build analytics dashboards showing key performance indicators.
• Monitor the business performance and help the business to understand the trends, variances and underlying drivers.
• Supporting Budgeting, forecasting, planning & strategic reviews and engaging relevant business stakeholders to influence on delivering budget performance.
• Develop industry and competitive models that drive strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models, profit models, internal and external benchmarking
• Partner closely with the business to drive performance and maintain a robust and healthy balance sheet.
