Vice President – Finance Control (Banking)

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain effective financial control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure financial activities are in line with established controls and compliance standards.
• Develop and update control documentation, process flows, and control matrices.
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Investments Head, preparing financials, analytics, and presentations.
• Coordinate and support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles with Business Finance Head.
• Manage the impact on business performance due to changes in upstream or downstream processes and systems.
• Establish controls for reports generated, addressing risks and driving corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of cost and balance sheet for Investments.
• Proven experience in business finance, financial analysis, Financial Control, Transformation.
• Preferably person coming with Banking Industry
