Key responsibilities
** Please note this is an IC role **
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements as per business needs.
- Identify current and future developmental needs at the departmental/ individual level.
- Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental needs and capacity building, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-housetraining sessions, enrollment in e-learning programs, mentoring, coaching, self-learning, and other learning methods.
- Create comprehensive L&D plan based on the developmental needs and methods identified.
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; provide thought leadership around program design and delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate all methods of program delivery; make continuous improvements in the approach, process, and methods as appropriate.
- Refine existing systems and processes, and set up new processes as required, assisting & preparing, and tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the training calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs and workshops attended.
Role requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in human capital with 3+ years in learning and development.
- Strong educational pedigree with full-time degree from prestigious Tier 1/Tier 2 Business School
- The candidate should have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- The candidate must have high accountability with strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills. Strong communication skills and a critical thinking mind is essential.
